Big Sky
The Summit Hotel at Big Sky Resort provides a bar, outdoor pool and ski-to-door access. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. A spa and wellness center comprising a sauna, an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, as well as a terrace can be used by all guests. The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and ski equipment rental is available at this 4-star hotel.

The Mountain
With 5,80 skiable acres, over 320 named runs, and 40 lifts Big Sky is one is one of the most impressive ski resorts in North America, located about an hour from Bozeman airport. With terrain for beginners to experts, Big Sky has it all!

7:00 PM – Welcome dinner & Orientation
Included a welcome buffet dinner . Meet your hosts and fellow skiers!
Monday
Location: Big Sky Mountain
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet (Huntley Lodge restaurant)
10:00 AM – Meet for group picture, head out in small groups for skiing
12:30 PM – Meet for lunch at the Mountain Mall
4:00 PM – Happy Hour in the hotel lounge (cash bar)
7:00 PM – Buffet dinner in the hotel’s private dining room
Tuesday
Location: Moonlight Light Basin
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet ( Huntley Lodge Restaurant)
9:00 AM – Meet at the Swift Current lift to head to Mooinlight Basin
12:30 PM – Group lunch. Location TBD
4:00 PM – Summit hotel hot tub
7:00 PM – Included dinner. Locxation TBD
Wednesday – Free Day!
Location: Summit Hotel
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet (Huntley lodge restaurant)
Take the day to relax, recharge, or explore.
Suggested Activities:

Location: Big Sky / Moonlight Basin
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet. ( Huntley Lodge Restaurant”
8:30 AM – Lifts Open! Head out with new ski friends!
12:30 PM – Group lunch at Mountain Mall
4:00 PM – Summit hotel Happy Hour or Hot tub
6:30 – “on Your Own Dinner”. Meet in hotel lobby for various dinner options
Friday
Location: Summit Hotel
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet. (Huntley Lodge Restaurant)
12:30 PM – Group lunch at Stagecoach Lodge (Nevada side)
4:00 PM – Happy Hour with new ski friends
7:00 PM – Farewell Dinner at the hotel (cash bar)
Saturday – Departure Day
Location: Hotel Checkout
7:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet
Check out, say your goodbyes, and begin your journey home.
